The paperless dealership, made practical

PrintSent exists to close the gap between a DMS built for printers and a dealership that wants to go digital — without asking anyone to change how they work.

The old way

01The Story

Why PrintSent exists

Walk through any Dealertrack dealership and you'll see the same thing in every department: staff printing documents just to scan and email them. Repair Orders to customers, Purchase Orders to vendors, Statements to accounting. The DMS came from an era when printers were the primary output option, and many of its forms are still built around one.

Dealertrack's built-in QPRINT option can output without a printer; because it's designed for text only, it doesn't carry the logos and formatting — so anything customer- or vendor-facing still gets printed. The result is a print-scan-email cycle that wastes paper, toner, and hours of staff time across a typical day.

PrintSent was built to end that cycle without asking dealerships to change how they work. It appears on the network as the fully compliant printer Dealertrack already expects, can capture any print job at full fidelity, so a branded PDF appears in a shared portal in seconds — to view, email, or download. The paperless dealership stops being a someday project and becomes a 30-minute setup.

Print to the PrintSent virtual printer and the job instantly becomes a perfect, ready-to-use PDF.
02What We Believe

The principles behind PrintSent

A few convictions shape every decision we make about the product.

Nothing changes for staff

The best tool is the one nobody has to learn. Your team clicks Print exactly as they always have — PrintSent handles the rest.

Full fidelity, always

Documents should look exactly as they would on letterhead. We capture the complete print stream — logos, formatting, and all — never a text-only compromise.

Security first

Dealership documents are sensitive. We encrypt in transit, keep customer information out of email subject lines, and leave nothing sitting in printer trays.

Fair, simple pricing

One flat monthly price with everything included — the device, unlimited delivery, and support. No per-page metering, no long-term contracts.
