To get it with your logo and branding, you print from Dealertrack, walk to the printer to get a copy, then walk to the scanner, select your email address, and send a scanned PDF to your inbox. Let's see how it works.

This is the PrintSent Documents dashboard. First, we'll simulate a print job from Dealertrack. When you print most forms, Dealertrack asks you to confirm the printer and number of copies. Send the job to the PrintSent printer and within seconds it appears in your Documents dashboard.

Click Preview and Email to open the document, enter the customer's email, and optionally send a copy to yourself. Click Send and the email goes out.

What used to take two minutes of walking, printing, and scanning now takes just a few seconds. Multiplied across your whole dealership, that adds up to real time and real money saved every day.

The Documents dashboard shows every print job sent to PrintSent. Documents automatically clear after twelve hours to keep your virtual paper tray tidy. Each document can be viewed, printed, or downloaded, and every document has full access logging so you can see who viewed it. You can delete documents to move them to the Trash tab and restore them later if needed.

There's also a Table view if you prefer seeing documents in a list, and you can switch between light and dark mode.

Visit the Analytics tab to see how your team is using PrintSent. You can view usage by printer and by form category, along with daily and monthly totals. Switch between the last thirty days, seven days, today, or all time.

Click 'How it's calculated' to see exactly how cost savings are estimated. Conservative industry averages are used by default, but your admin can adjust them to match your dealership's actual costs.

Now let's look at the Statements tab. This is the Statement Sender. Upload your Statements of Account report and PrintSent automatically splits every vendor into its own statement so you can email them in seconds instead of spending hours printing and scanning.

We'll load some demo data. Once the PDF is uploaded, every vendor is scanned and listed in a table. Emails you've already saved are matched automatically. You can quickly add or update any missing email addresses.

Select the vendors you want, then click Send Email. A confirmation window shows exactly how many emails will be sent and how many are missing addresses. Adjust the message if you want, then click Send.

Done. The emails are sent. You can review everything in the Activity tab, and you'll be notified of any bouncebacks. Use the Mailing PDF button to download statements for any vendors that still need to be mailed the traditional way.

In the Account Emails tab, you can manage all vendor email addresses — add them one at a time or bulk import from a spreadsheet. Each account also has a CC field if you need to send copies to additional recipients.
