Repair Orders

Service Department. A customer wants a copy of their Repair Order, a warranty company needs the RO with its supporting documents, or you need one for the file.

Tech Hard Cards

Service Department. The Tech Hard Card still makes sense on paper in the bay, where a tech marks it up.

Parts Department. Vendors ask for a copy of a Purchase Order all the time, and it always seems to land at the busiest moment.
