How the Product Handles Documents

Many visitors want to know this before they ever create an account, so in short:

• Captured print jobs and the PDFs generated from them are encrypted in transit over HTTPS/TLS and at rest in cloud storage.
• They are held only briefly — 12 hours — then deleted automatically. PrintSent is not a document archive. It applies your form template and delivers the PDF without reading, parsing, or storing your document's content — aside from decoding the reference barcode your printer embeds and, when you use Statement Sender, reading the account number on statements you upload to route them.
• We do not sell your data, and we do not use your documents for advertising, profiling, or to train artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models.
• Access is scoped per company, so one dealership can never see another dealership's documents.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data with service providers who help us operate — including cloud hosting, email delivery, and analytics providers — who may access only what they need and are bound by confidentiality obligations. Data Retention

We keep contact form submissions for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and maintain a record of our correspondence, and website analytics data for a limited period consistent with our analytics provider's retention settings. You may ask us to delete your inquiry at any time.
