The Statement of Account prints as one long PDF with every vendor's statement inside it. To send them, someone either prints and mails the whole run, or scans and emails pieces of it by hand. Either way it is hours of work, plus postage, and then a week of "can you re-send that?" calls.

The statements have to look official, so text-only output is not an option. The layout only renders when the form is sent to a printer, which is why it gets printed in the first place.
